Black Folk Don't
S2:E3: What happens when black folk have no room to discuss eating disorders?
“Black folk don’t...” add your own phrase. Who decides this? Is it true? Where did this idea begin? In some cases, “Black folk don’t” is a statistical fact. In other cases, it is a concept based on a negative stereotype. This irreverant, satirical web series explores the beliefs, behaviors, traditions, and contradictions associated with various topics. Though sometimes complicated and often complex, Black Folk Don't encourages all of us to challenge the way we define ourselves - And allow ourselves to be defined.
