A Cambodia Journey: A Cambodian American Experience (Documentary)

The YMCA Cambodia Project is a service, learning, and cultural exchange for Cambodian Americans, led by Khmer speaking Cambodian staff from the YMCA of Greater Long Beach. This is a documentary of the November 2011 trip.

The purpose of the trip is to expose and immerse participants into Cambodian society, allowing them to give back by working and bonding with disadvantaged youth and young adults. They do team building activities, socialize, play, and teach technology skills like digital media arts. The goal is to equip the youth with skill sets they can use to make a living and become entrepreneurs.
